ICF Accreditation Compliance

G.R.A.C.E. at Work meets all standards set by the International Coaching Federation for accredited coaching education programs.

Dignity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

Grounded in the conviction that every person bears the image of God (imago Dei) and possesses inherent dignity and worth. We welcome all participants regardless of background.

Ethics & Integrity

All faculty, staff, and participants uphold the ICF Code of Ethics. We maintain the highest standards of ethical marketing, transparent communication, and professional conduct.

Complaint & Grievance

A clear, accessible five-step process for raising concerns with prompt, fair resolution and non-retaliation protections. Unresolved matters may be escalated to ICF.

Refund Policy

Tiered refund schedule: 100% before start, 75% within first 25%, 50% within 26–50%, 25% within 51–75%, no refund after 75%. Extenuating circumstances considered.

Enrollment Agreement

All participants sign an enrollment agreement acknowledging program requirements, policies, and mutual commitments prior to the start of the program.

Confidentiality & Recording

All coaching conversations are confidential. Written consent is required for any recording of coaching sessions within the program.
